Richard C. Schneider
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Richard has been in the security industry for 10 years, and has a varied degree of management experience in several other industries. From a coffee shop manager, a project manager, a bounty hunter, to an armored truck crewman. Richard has a strong moral sense, and prioritizes employee happiness and communication. In the field, Richard trains and pushes his officers to exhibit restraint and de-escalation, while emphasizing knowing when to physically engage. Often citing, “it’s easy to be aggressive. It’s hard to communicate”.
Benjamin J. Reinhard
Deputy Director
Benjamin has been in the security industry for 8+ years. He has risen from a guard up through the ranks showing his professionalism, focus, and determination. Jobs like security supervisor at Grand Rapids Job Corps, Lead Armed ATM Technician at Edge One Armored, and Armed Vault Guard Supervisor at Loomis Armored have helped him grow in the industry and learn new skills privy to the security trade. He spends his free time as a living historian reenacting the American Civil War as a union soldier, a dance instructor for East Coast Swing, and spending time in the outdoors.
Benjamin prides himself as being a good listener and always willing to help out.
Justin M. Weiberg
Assistant Director of Operations
Justins first experience with security was working part time for FOLA while attending Western Michigan University, where in 2021 graduated with a degree in entrepreneurship. He has a history in leadership and has worked his way up through the ranks at FOLA. Justin has been involved in many different aspects of the company during his time, and prides himself on his creative problem solving and drive to constantly improve. His goal is to make sure we are always better tomorrow than we are today.
